Why was this permitted? I feel so bad for this boy and this is just another example of why Bush needs his a$$ kicked out of office! Obama is going to outlaw footballs so no one gets hurt. Some states may permit you to possess a football if you receive training yearly and pay a yearly fee for the permit, however this will not be a universal exception. Footballs will definitely be banned from all school property! Are you sick of Republican incompetence hiding behind what they refer to as "freedom and liberties"?
